Delta Dental of Tennessee Response to the COVID-19 Impact for Dental Offices

The coronavirus is no doubt impacting you and your practice. At Delta Dental of Tennessee, we are taking precautions for the safety of our employees and to reduce the risk of further exposure. Beginning Tuesday, March 17, Delta Dental of Tennessee will begin operating on an alternate schedule with plans to return to normal operations on Monday, April 6.

Claims submitted electronically will be processed as usual. Please note that paper and fax claims may have a slower than normal processing turnaround. For more prompt processing of your claims, we recommend you submit claims through DOT or other electronic clearinghouses. If you do not currently have a DOT account and are interested in setting one up, click here. We also have several DOT tutorials on our website, including one that provides step-by-step instructions on submitting a claim. If you need direct assistance with DOT, contact Toolkit support at 1-866-356-0301.

All patient information, including benefits and eligibility, pretreatment estimates and more, is available in DOT as well as our interactive voice response and faxback services at 1-800-223-3104. Specific questions can be emailed to information@deltadentaltn.com.
